Baby Banana Zucchini Bread

  • Plant based banana bread 
  • 6 ripe baby bananas
  • 1/2 cup agave 
  • 1/3 cup of organic apple sauce 
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of hemp meal 
  • 1 1/3 cup of spelt flour 
  • 1/4 cup zucchini 

Preheat the oven for 360 F, then mash the bananas with fork and then add maple, apple sauce, vanilla and mix well. Add the flour, hemp meal, baking soda and stir well. Pour all ingredients into a loaf pan (I used parchment paper too) then bake it for about 45 min.

Chickpea Blondies

These chickpea blondies taste sinful, yet are so healthy!

  • 1 can of rinsed and drained organic chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup walnut nut butter
  • 1/3 cup blue agave syrup 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Blend until smooth.

Add 1/3 cup organic cacao chips. Spread on parchment paper (8×8 baking dish). Sprinkle top with a few cacao chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. They’re better underdone! Refrigerate if there are any leftovers .
