How to Keep Energy Fruit Bowl Fresh
The Energy Fruit Bowl is best served fresh, but it will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge, just remember to keep it chilled (and do not add the bananas until serving)! If you’re not able to finish it before 3 days, freeze the fruit and use it to make smoothies!
